Hike to Delicate Arch  It’s been a while since my last entry. I’ve been on the products for about two and a half years. The difference I feel? I still have high energy and I don’t get that “just-been-run-over-by-a-bus” feeling any more. My joints, muscles are so much happier! I can go out and hike and do the things I love to do. I can drive and/or ride in my car for long periods of time. I can attend events and sit for long periods of time. (I couldn’t do that 3 years ago.)

I’ve always had good, strong teeth. I’ve only had three fillings in my lifetime.  At my last dentist visit, the hygienist couldn’t believe how little plaque was on my teeth. Mind you, I’ve never had very much but she was amazed at the significant difference. Also, she was pleased to see how healthy my gums were.

I’ve been 5’6 and 3/8″ since I was 12 years old. Two years ago, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. At that time, they measured me at 5’6 and 1/4″. I had shrunk almost 1/4 of an inch.  But...I’ve felt taller lately so I had my husband measure me the other day. He measured me twice because the measurement he couldn’t believe what I was measuring at. Both times, I measured 5’6 and 3/4″! Somehow in that last 2 years, I’ve grown 1/4 of an inch!! (I guess more like 1/2″ since I had “shrunk”.) I’ve never been that tall in my entire life! If I hadn’t seen that with my own two eyes, I never would’ve thought it possible! Nobody grows after they’re 50. They usually shrink! But…here I am…taller than I’ve ever been in my life.

My digestive tract continues to get better and better. I have to watch what I eat (no gluten, no fried foods, no junk food, limited sugar intake, and I’ve added a ton of antioxidants every day!). The benefit? I smoother running system, a healthier and more youthful skin, added energy, loss of abdominal fat.

You may ask, “Is it worth it to give up all of those things? Absolutely! I’m experiencing better health in ways that I have been told were not possible! I’m not having to “manage” my health…I’m taking charge of my health!
